To make your registration as easy as possible, please read the following instructions carefully before starting your registration session.

*Coed Tee Ball will have a June Session (Session 1) and/or a July Session (Session 2). You can signup for the June or July Session ($50) or play both Sessions ($80). Each Session will be 6 weeks long (6 weeks of practices with 4 games).
Please note this registration session should not be used to register players for our travel teams or teams for our tournaments! We use separate registration sessions for those. We require all players to register for our programs online because it allows us to save dozens of hours of volunteer time. For those who do not have access to register online please contact a Board member.
If this is your first time using our system, you must create a User ID and Password and then activate your profile for the system to work. Please note this is a two-step process!
First, create your User ID and password by clicking the “Sign Up” button at the bottom of this page and following the prompts.
Second, activate your profile by checking your email for a message from our system and then clicking on the activation link that will be included in the email message. (If you do not receive an email message from our system within moments of creating your User ID, please make sure the message is not in your junk or spam mail folder).
Once you have activated your User ID, you can begin your registration by clicking the “Continue” button below.
If you have registered a player using a sports engine in the past (including other sports), you can save time by using the same user profile! By using the same profile, your player’s information will automatically be entered for you, and you will just have to check it for accuracy.
Did you forget your User ID? You can log into our system by using the email address tied to your profile in the login area below.
Did you forget your password? You can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password” link below and then follow the instructions.
Families who register the second player will receive a discount of $15 for the 2nd player and $10 for the 3rd and subsequent players after. All discounts are calculated and credited to your account automatically at the Checkout page if you register more than one player for leagues that qualify. Please note our system only gives discounts if you register ALL your players in one registration session. To make sure you receive the appropriate discounts, please enter ALL the necessary information for ALL the players you are registering BEFORE you proceed to the Checkout page. (Please also note our discounts are offered to immediate or household families only. If any player obtains an automatic discount through this registration process and is not eligible for the discount, the player’s registration will not be complete until the full registration fee has been paid in full).
To complete registration through our secure site, you will need to have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available. After your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and see a charge on your account from “Beaver Dam Youth Baseball and Softball.”
If you don't want to enter your payment information online, we can work with you. We use online registration to reduce volunteer efforts. Although we will still require you to complete online registration, we can make arrangements to allow you to pay by check or cash or in installments. We will NOT be offering scheduled drop-in sign-up sessions this year. Please contact a board member for assistance if necessary

Please pay attention to our age requirements. We have a policy of enforcing our age limits because they are set by league and insurance rules that we must follow. We reserve the right to require proof of age for each player. Some discretion is available but only with BDYBS Board Approval.
The deadline for registration is March 3rd for JUNIORS and March 17th for all other leagues. Registrations submitted after deadline date may be subject to a $20 late fee. By registering after the deadline, the player(s) will be placed on a waiting list and is not guaranteed a spot to play.
After registration is ended we will email you the information for evaluation day. Although we are a no-cut organization we do require players participate in Evaluation Day to help us put everyone on a team. A reminder and the scheduled time will be emailed to you sometime after registration.
