B Level - Intended for above average teams but no elite teams (no top 1/4) at their age level. Teams that would be considered B teams are: An average organizations best team, as well as many average organizations 2nd best team, an academy's 3rd best team, an above average Little League team, and local tournament only team.
C Level - Intended for below average teams at their age level. Teams that would typically be considered C teams are: An average organizations 3rd best team or in some cases 2nd best team, a below average organizations best team and possibly their 2nd best team, an academy's 4th best team, an average Little League team, and a local tournament city based team.
